Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Greg Salyards and I am the owner of Past & Future Designs. The business was started in 1995 as a part time endeavor to meet the requests of business associates and others who requested that I help them design their new home.
In 1997 Past & Future Designs became a full time job for me and at that time I also started to do construction consulting work. since then I have been drawing home plans for builders and clients in Utah and Washington. I've created a variety of designs from 1000sf plans for production builders to 5000sf one-of-a-kind plans for clients.
I pride myself on giving the client a quality design that is not only buildable but also marketable.
My construction experience allows me to build your home in my head and on the computer limiting unforeseen problems that seem to crop up in the construction of a home for the first time. In addition, the use of CAD allows for quick visualization of plans as they progress through various design stages.
Plans can be bought as one time build jobs or as exclusive multi-build plans.
Plans can be delivered on vellums or on disk (in softplan format, autocad v.12 format, or dxf format).
